Certain services may be delivered through approved network firms or external professionals where they are not provided directly.
2. No Guarantee of Approval
Company Formation Bahrain provides professional assistance but does not control government authorities, banks, immigration departments, regulators, landlords, or licensing bodies.
We cannot guarantee company registration, licence approval, visa issuance, bank account opening, financing, investment approval, or completion within a fixed date.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, valid documents, source-of-funds evidence, signatures, payments, and personal attendance where required.
The client is responsible for selecting the business activity and legal structure after considering our guidance. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in service suspension or application rejection.
4. Fees and External Charges
Our professional fees are stated in the approved proposal. Government charges, visa fees, bank charges, translations, attestations, office rent, deposits, and external professional fees are separate unless expressly included.
Completed work, government payments, and third-party charges are generally non-refundable. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation.
5. Timelines
Any processing times stated on the website or in communications are estimates. Timelines depend on document readiness, authority procedures, security checks, bank reviews, licensing requirements, and third-party availability.
